NexusPub is a scalable system that allows Meeting management beginning from the agenda predisposed by reception offices

A complete system is articulated on the following elements:

Integrated conference system

Management through approved wireless devices in alternative to the integration with the conference system
PC devoted to the management, where on the primary screen the responsible person uses the software NexusPub; through a secondary video output it is possible to connect a display device for the room's graphic representation with indicated positions of the councillors and their state (present-absent), the reservation to speak, the intervention in progress, the yes-no-abstained vote, the outcome of vote

automatic generation of summary record (with the possibility to save it in standard Office text files)
management of audio recordings
Statistics: an application that recovers all the movements managed by NexusPub with the purpose to underline information related to presences, interventions and votes, allowing to produce statistics and export data in Excel format
Multimedia and Multimedia On Web complete with creation of indexed CDs / DVDs and publication on the Internet
Video Management Package complete of Video Controller Apoint, the application for management  of PTZ Speed Dome Cameras (up to 16 cameras)
Publication of sessions on the Internet complete with:
